Villa Grove Vacations from $487

I added an extra night to my stay. I was checked in by a virtual agent, aka an outsourced individual who didn’t reside nearby. I told him I had added an extra night and asked if there was anything additional I needed to do during my stay. He said, “no”. I came back the following evening to the room and all my food, clothes, and toiletries had disappeared. I notified the virtual agent and he said he’d contact the owner. The agent said, food was thrown out but there were no other items present. He told me to contact the onsite manager in the morning. I spoke to the onsite manager the next morning and she said I was to blame because I had booked an additional night and they weren’t responsible. I lost over $100 in items and was treated disrespectfully. There are no staff on site after 7pm and the hotel was very noisy. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

Great location. Helpful staff

No staff available. Had to do a virtual check-in. Sewage problems. Smelled like a cover up, when I unplugged such a strong smell of sewage. We had to wear our shoes to use toilet leaking on the floor. Sewage backed up into tub. Dog area was disgusting. No clean up for a very long time. Fear of disease. I paid for two nights, only stayed 1.
